As all our remedies are personalized and prepared to order based on individual consultations and orders. We will not be able to allow any returns of the remedies unless they were damaged in transit. If your package arrived in a damaged condition, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement with sufficient proof of damage.
If you have selected the remedies wrongly and your bottle hasn’t been prepared and dispatched, we will arrange for a refund of the order amount and will be be done to the account that was used during placing the order.
